Adriana is a compassionate and skilled Registered Social Worker with extensive experience supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, and eating disorders. She takes a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, meeting each person where they are and tailoring interventions to their unique needs.

Adriana earned her Master of Social Work and Honours Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Windsor, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University. She is a member of both the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

She has worked across a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health, outpatient eating disorder services, family and youth counselling programs, and housing support services. Adriana has extensive experience delivering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), providing individualized treatment planning, and supporting clients in developing emotional awareness and effective coping strategies.

Across these roles, Adriana has emphasized building strong therapeutic relationships, empowering clients, and promoting mental health and well-being through practical, evidence-based interventions. She is committed to ongoing professional development and to creating a safe, compassionate environment where clients can explore, heal, and grow.
