Jonathan Settembri, MSW, RSW is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist specializing in ADHD, addictions, anxiety and depression, and trauma recovery, including the intergenerational impacts of trauma. His work integrates somatic experiencing, mindfulness, wholistic and trauma-informed approaches that support mind, body, and spirit in finding safety, stability, and regulation.
Jonathan holds a BA in Human Rights and Equity Studies and a Bachelor of Social Work from York University, as well as a Master of Social Work from Lakehead University. His professional background reflects extensive experience in various mental health and community services, both in Canada and abroad. He brings extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+, immigrant, neurodivergent, and Indigenous communities, approaching therapy with compassion, cultural humility, and a relational approach.
Jonathan creates a safe and affirming space where clients can slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with their strengths. His practice focuses on helping clients calm a chaotic mind in a chaotic world, supporting them in building clarity, capacity, and finding glimmers of safety and connection, towards a more grounded and embodied sense of self.
