Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Master of Counselling, BSW, MSW, RSW
Sarah is a compassionate and trauma-informed Registered Social Worker with over six years of experience in the mental health field. She supports individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem, and body image concerns.
Sarah brings specialized expertise in supporting individuals navigating spiritual concerns. This may include processing painful or confusing experiences within a faith community, exploring questions of meaning and purpose, navigating shifts in belief, or unpacking messages related to identity, sexuality, and self-worth. She offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your story—wherever it leads. Her goal is not to steer you in any particular direction, but to walk alongside you and support you in deepening your self-trust and reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and intuition.
She holds both a Master and Bachelor of Social Work from Lakehead University. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of evidence-based modalities—including Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive therapies, and narrative approaches—Sarah helps clients reconnect with themselves, process their experiences, and build a life aligned with their values.
Sarah’s clinical background includes work in addictions, trauma services, and both virtual and in-person psychotherapy. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred, with an emphasis on creating space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
At VOX Mental Health, Sarah is honoured to walk alongside clients as they explore their story, deepen self-trust, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
Sarah provides virtual sessions only.
