Join our one-time, in-person workshop in Barrie this July to better understand ADHD—what it really means, what the diagnosis looks like, and how it shows up in everyday life.
You’ve probably heard people say things like “Everyone’s a little ADHD these days” or “Maybe you’re just a bit disorganized.” But ADHD isn’t just about forgetting your keys or feeling distracted sometimes. It’s a complex neurodevelopmental condition that shapes attention, impulse control, and executive functioning in ways that go far beyond everyday quirks.
At VOX Mental Health, we’re offering this workshop to cut through the noise, myths, and misunderstandings, and help you make sense of ADHD with compassion, science, and real-life insight.
ADHD looks different for everyone and it overlaps with other challenges like anxiety, trauma, or burnout. It’s easy to mistake normal human struggles for ADHD, or to feel unsure where personality ends and diagnosis begins.
This can leave people feeling lost, frustrated, or misunderstood.
Our workshop helps you:
This is not a place for judgment or quick labels. It’s a space to learn, reflect, and ask your questions with a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach rooted in research.
