When Our Blog Found Its Way to Toronto Life Magazine

Toronto Life Magazine Article Title

We’re truly honoured that our recent blog was featured in Toronto Life in the article “Are your Blue Jays blues a mental health issue?” (Read it here).

This feature feels especially meaningful because it shows that the topics we care about, like mental health, emotional wellbeing, and community connection, resonate beyond our little corner of the internet. It’s humbling to see our work reach a wider audience and spark conversation in such a thoughtful space.

We hope this encourages people to reflect on how everyday experiences: cheering for your team, celebrating victories, and navigating disappointments, can impact our mental health. And more importantly, we hope it reminds everyone that it’s okay to talk about how we feel.

A heartfelt thank-you to Toronto Life for noticing our work, and to all of you who read, share, and engage with our blog. We’re grateful that our words have found their way to you, and we look forward to continuing these conversations together.
